In addition to the mountain stream fishing, in Zao Town, there are four fishing farms and fishing ponds where you can enjoy fishing easily. You can mainly catch Yamame (a kind of trout), Char, Rainbow trout and so on, you can eat it on the spot or take it home.

At the fishing pond located along the Prefectural Road, anyone from children to adults can enjoy fishing as many as you want for two hours in nature surrounded by greens. You can bring your fishing rod and baits, but you can also rent with a fee, so you can easily experience fishing.
